What type of clients do you work with?

Our clients take branding seriously, build on strong foundations, and play the long game. They dare to be different, embrace bold ideas, and want a brand that doesn’t just exist—it dominates.

How long does a typical project take?
A typical project takes around 4–5 weeks from start to finish. This includes strategy, copywriting, design, and development—everything you need to launch a Shopify store or brand presence that truly stands out.

Do you offer support after a project ends?
Yes! After handoff, we offer 30 days of support to help with any questions on managing or updating your Shopify store.

Please note: new design changes, or any deliverables outside the original project scope are not included in post-handoff support and will be quoted separately.

What if I don't like the initial design?
It rarely happens, but if it does, you’ve got options:

A) We’ll craft two fresh design concepts (extra fees and time apply).
B) You can walk away, waiving the second payment (50%). Just note—you won’t be able to use any designs we’ve already created.

We’re confident you’ll love the results, but if not, we make sure the path forward is clear.

What do I need to prepare before starting the project?
You'll need to fill out a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your brand, market, and goals. Please fill out the questionnaire as completely as possible, and we'll help you fill in the rest. Don't worry.

We’ll also need any high-quality photos and existing content you have. If needed, we’ll refine or rewrite it in your brand voice, highlighting the unique benefits of your products.
